Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment verification. Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST will be processed on the next business day. Weekend and holiday orders will be processed the following business day. During peak seasons and promotional events, additional processing time may be required.
Shipping Methods

- Overnight Shipping: 1 business day
Shipping times are calculated from the date of shipment and do not include order processing time. All delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship throughout the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We also ship to select international destinations. Additional customs fees, duties, and taxes may apply to international orders and are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping Costs

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier information. You can track your package using the provided tracking number or through your account on our website.
Multiple Item Orders
If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately from different warehouse locations. You will only be charged one shipping fee for your entire order, regardless of how many shipments are required to fulfill it.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided during checkout. If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately through the customer service portal on our website.
Delivery Issues
If you experience any issues with your delivery, please check your tracking information first for the most current status. For packages marked as delivered that you haven’t received, please check with neighbors and your local post office. Contact our customer service team within 7 days of the expected delivery date for assistance with unresolved delivery problems.
International Shipping
International customers are responsible for all customs declarations, import duties, and taxes. We accurately declare the full value of all international shipments and cannot mark items as gifts or alter declared values.
Holiday Shipping
